In order to streamline all things regarding attendance, please use the email above to report any of the following information.
1. Early Dismissals - include the student's first and last name, date, time and reason for the dismissal. Once the email is received, an e-hall pass will be issued to the student informing them of the dismissal. While last minute reasons do arise, please turn these in with plenty of time for the office to reach your student.
2. Absence Notes (from parents) - include the student's first and last name, date, time and reason for the absence. These are due within 3 days of returning to school.
3. Absence Notes (from doctor) - Students turn these into the red attendance box in the main office.
4. Pre-arranged Absence Requests (3 or more days) - include the dates and the reason for the absence. Once that is received, the student will be given a form that will need to be signed by each of their teachers and approved by a principal.
5. Bus Changes - notes from the parent of any student involved in the bus change need to be emailed by 12:00 the day of in order to get the bus pass to the students.
