Health sceenings for 10th grade students and transfer students will be conducted by Registered Nurses on Wednesday September 22, 2021. These screenings include vision, hearing and scoliosis. If an issue is identified, parents will be notified by mail. Please ensure your child/ children are wearing their glasses, contacts and hearing aids if they normally use those. If you would like to opt your child/children out of the health screening, please contact the JF clinic by 9/21/2021.

If your child is experiencing fever, fatigue, cough, GI symptoms, headaches or body aches, please keep them home and contact the school nurse for further guidance. If anyone in your home has a known exposure or tests positive for COVID, keep your child/children home & please contact the school nurse so that proper contact tracing can be done.

Please make an appointment with the nurse to bring any necessary supplies or medications to the clinic.

Due to COVID-19 and recommendations from the CDC, inhalers can not be used in the classrooms and nebulizer treatments can not be administered at school. If your child/ children need to use their inhaler they will need to go to the clinic and a spacer should be utilized.

Please stay safe and well!

  • All medication forms expire each school year, including the acetaminophen and antihistamine forms.
