As you near the finish line of the graded class, please be sure you have taken care of all assignments due in your PREP Journal or in class.
By Tuesday (1/12/21), the final elevator talk must have been given and the final poster will be turned in.
By Thursday (1/14/21), you will need to complete your Literature Review in Google Classroom assignment (you will see the rubric there and the rubric and assignment are also duplicated here in Canvas) as well as upload it into your PREP Journal (in the Literature Review folder). This will be the last JF graded assignment for the course on Power School.
You will also be meeting either live or virtually to arrange for two one-on-one meetings (live or virtual) BEFORE Spring Break (4/5-4/9) when you will show me a completed draft of your paper for us to go over. The second meeting will be to be sure all elements have been correctly formatted and to upload your final paper.
You will also do a practice Oral Presentation during the week 4/12-4/16 (you will schedule the time well in advance) and a final POD (Presentation of Oral Defense) during the week of 4/19-2/23 (you will schedule the time in advance and also be allowed to invite the review panel of your choice). Both of these will be video taped, with the final one being graded by Mr. Munson and submitted with the video file to College Board.
The final submission date that College Board will accept all work is May 20, 2021. If we need to push back the POD of the paper deadlines, we will discuss that in our individual meetings, but I was trying to avoid having any conflicts with other AP exams which will be taking place 5/3-5/14, 2021.
