Worker's Permit

The Department of Labor and Industry announces the launch of an automated, employment certificate process in accordance with the General Assembly changes to ยง40.1-92 of the Code of Virginia effective July 1, 2013. Children and their parents no longer need to apply for an employment certificate at their school.
