Student Parking

The Code of Virginia § 22.1-205.1 requires any public high school student who applies to park a vehicle on school property to provide evidence that the student possesses a valid driver’s license or driver privilege card. It also requires that each public school utilize a standard application form, developed by the Department of Education, for students to use to obtain a pass to park a vehicle on school property. 

Please read the Student Driver Contract and sign the second page of the Contract. Complete the VDOE High School Student Parking Pass Application
and sign all sections on the back of the form.
Submit all forms to the main office for processing and approval.
  • A copy of the student’s valid Driver’s License or Driver Privilege Card and Vehicle Registration must be submitted with the form. 
  • July 31st-August 4th-Seniors should submit forms and the accompanying documentation to the JFHS main office between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
  • Beginning August 7th, Juniors may also submit forms and the accompanying documentation to the JFHS main office between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. August 10th, forms will be accepted during Open House between the hours of 2:00 PM-7:00 PM.
    • Forms will not be approved by administration unless all required documentation is submitted. 
  • Once forms are approved by administration, your fee will be added to BCPS.SCHOOLCASHONLINE.COM for payment.
  • Parking decals will be distributed beginning August 15, 2023 to seniors first, then juniors, and remaining approved underclassmen. No parking violations will be issued in the first two weeks of school.
