Supplies for Mrs. Hevener’s AP Calculus Class
- Because of increased enrollment, we may not have enough TI-89’s for each student. I highly suggest purchasing one, especially if you plan to pursue a career in mathematics or engineering. We will be using the TI-89 Titanium (Please note this is NOT the same as the TI-84 which has been used in previous classes!!!)
- I suggest getting a separate binder for this class (not one that will be shared with other classes). We will take lots of notes and I will give plenty of handouts.
- Red pens for grading homework, etc
- Box of tissues
- AAA Batteries!!!!!!!! (I DESPERATELY NEED AAA BATTERIES, a 4 pack will do)
Welcome! This is my eight year at JF, and my eighth year living in the Lynchburg area. I graduated from NC State University with a degree in Mathematics and a degree in Mathematics Education. In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and spending time with my daughter Lily Grace!
