Fall 2019 Chromebook Distribution Guide

All students will need two agreements signed in order to receive their Chromebook:

1. BCPS AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) - Usually signed on InfoSnap electronically
2. 1:1 Learner Device Agreement - 9th received at Freshman Orientation; 10-12 Graders: Here is a quick link to the signing page.

Where do I return my signed-agreements?
FIRST PERIOD TEACHERS! Please turn in the above agreements to your first period teacher. If the student is picking up their Chromebook THAT DAY, please have them bring signed agreements to the ITRT directly when picking up their Chromebook.

Wednesday 8/14
Returning 10th Grade Learners
-Called 1st period by announcement alphabetically to library.
-If they do not have agreements, they will be given them at that time.
New 10th Grade Learners
-Called 2nd period by announcement alphabetically to library.
-If they do not have agreements, they will be given them at that time.

*Any student who does not receive their Chromebook because they don't have their agreements can come to the library during One Lunch.

Thursday 8/15
Returning 11th Grade Learners
-Called 1st/2nd period by announcement alphabetically to library.
-If they do not have agreements, they will be given them at that time.
New 11th Grade Learners
-Called 3rd period by announcement alphabetically to library.
-If they do not have agreements, they will be given them at that time.

*Any student who does not receive their Chromebook because they don't have their agreements can come to the library during One Lunch.

Monday 8/19
All 9th Grade Learners
-Will report during History Classes.

Tuesday 8/20
All 12th Grade Learners
-Will report during English Classes.
-BE ADVISED: Any 12th graders who do not have an English class, or only report to the CVCC, can report to the LMC anytime during the day to pick-up their Chromebook.
